The Paris Tower is an iron tower located at Paris.
Background[edit | edit source]
The tower is a global icon of France and is one of the most recognizable structures in the world and the tallest tower of France. It was named after its designer, engineer Gustave Eiffel. The structure was built between 1887 and 1889 as the entrance arch for the Exposition Universelle, a World's Fair marking the centennial celebration of the French Revolution.
Third World War[edit | edit source]
|The following is based on the Soviet campaign for Red Alert 2 and might contradict canon.|
During the Third World War, the Soviets invaded France and established a small outpost in Paris. The city was poorly guarded because most of the French forces joined the Germany army along the Polish border. The Soviets had few troops in the area as well, but they had a plan that would have made them win over Allied forces in France. They started to move towards the Paris Tower, aiming to use a squad of Tesla troopers to turn the Paris Tower into a giant Tesla coil that could devastate the whole city. They succeeded, demolishing the town and defeating all remaining Allied forces.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
The Paris Tower differs significantly from its real-life counterpart, sporting round platforms instead of rectangular ones and having three legs instead of four, thus being called the Paris Tower instead of the Eiffel Tower.
