	The following is based on the missions of Counterstrike and might contradict canon.

We've discovered a series of tunnels underneath the ruined base. Now that we've cut off their escape routes, the ants have nowhere left to run to. Perform a sweep and clear of all the tunnels, and find the cause of these abominations. Destroy anything that isn't human! The power to the tunnel lights have been knocked out, which will limit visibility. Find the generator controls, and you can re-activate the lights. - Mission briefing

Exterminate! is the fourth and final mission of the secret It Came From Red Alert! campaign for Counterstrike and Retaliation.

Walkthrough

The player starts with a large number of infantry, but no way to reinforce them. Find the generator controls to reactivate the lights. Otherwise, proceed with caution, due to the ants hiding under the color of darkness. The mission is to kill all the ants and their larva. The player only gets one mammoth tank and must not lose it. The queen ant is extremely strong and kills all infantry in one shot, but if the mammoth survives its tesla attack then the other infantry can kill it very easily. Beware of the fire ants that will cook the players infantry and the warrior ants which will kill the mammoth tank.
