Runnin' the gauntlet
- Flint Westwood

Flint Westwood was an western film actor who joined the Allied fight against Yuri's Army during the second iteration of the Third World War.

Background[edit | edit source]

Westwood makes an appearance during Operation: Hollywood and Vain. He is one of the three Hollywood action hero parodies to make appearance in the game and can be controlled by the player to make a stand against Yuri's occupation.

He is a parody of Clint Eastwood, an American actor famous for  his plays in Western films.

In-game unit[edit | edit source]

He is armed with a Smith & Wesson revolver and can take out infantry instantly but has short range and a very low rate of fire. He is useless against vehicles and structures. In short, he is effectively a short-ranged sniper.

Quotes[edit | edit source]

Note: in patch 1.001, Flint Westwood uses the voice set of a GI.

When an enemy attempts to mind-control him[edit | edit source]

  • Don't mess with my head!
  • My head's shook every-which way but loose!
  • Try me again, punk!

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • For unknown reasons, Flint and the other action hero parodies have had their unique dialogue and names removed by patch 1.001, with all of their quotes replaced by standard GI ones. In this version, Flint is called simply Cowboy.
