Ileana Kovacs was the wife of famous Nod scholar Caleb Kovacs and mother of Nod Abbess and cybernetics specialist Alexa Kovacs. Not much is known about her role in the Brotherhood of Nod.
She was killed along with her husband by rogue cyborgs under the command of CABAL.[1]
