Noree Moneo was the Mentat to House Atreides during the First Spice War.
Biography[]
Like House Atreides, Moneo is a noble and intelligent Mentat, serving as the Master of Assassins to the Duke Leto Atreides.
Trivia[]
- Moneo is played by John Rhys-Davies, a Welsh actor known for portraying Gimli in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy and Sallah in the Indiana Jones films.
- Moneo's name was based on two characters: Hwi Noree and Moneo Atreides, from the fourth Dune book God Emperor of Dune.
