The 27 June 2019 balance update[1][2] for Command & Conquer: Rivals

GDI[edit | edit source]

Drone Swarm[edit | edit source]

  • Speed down to Fast (was Fastest)
  • Life decreased to 127 (was 175)

This tune down will make it harder for Drones to push an advantage through numbers or to resupply a defensive position as easily. It will also allow units such as Rhino and Buggy to kill the Drone Swarm much faster.

Grenadiers[edit | edit source]

  • Grenadier movement behavior adjusted.

This will help Grenadiers position against the Shatterer

Mohawk Gunship[edit | edit source]

  • Damage decreased to 382 (was 392)

Fixes a breakpoint in level and training between Mohawk and Attack Bikes

Orca[edit | edit source]

  • Reload time increased to 10 (was 8)

Orca has become incredibly dominant and is overshadowing many units in the meta. This change will differentiate it from its Mohawk counterpart

Orca Bomber[edit | edit source]

  • Health decreased to 1715 (was 1950)

Orca Bomber has been raining terror from the skies for sometime. We have lowered its health to make it easier to take down

Pitbull[edit | edit source]

  • Health decreased to 1611 (was 1650)

Fixes a breakpoint in level and training with the new Predator and Scorpion Tank values in this path

Predator Tank[edit | edit source]

  • Damage increased to 830 (was 800)
  • Health decreased to 2823 (was 2910)

Fixed several breakpoints in level and training regarding variations of Predator Tank and Scorpion Tank

Riflemen[edit | edit source]

  • Health increased to 130 (was 120)

Fixes a breakpoint in Rifleman vs. Rifleman matchup

Rhino[edit | edit source]

  • Health decreased to 1611 (was 1650)

Fixes a breakpoint in level and training with the new Predator and Scorpion Tank values in this patch

Shatterer[edit | edit source]

  • Damage increased to 362 (was 230)
  • Attack cooldown increased to 1.3 seconds (was 1.0 seconds)
  • Speed increased to Fast (as Average)
  • Stun duration increased to .85 seconds (was .45 seconds)
  • Time until the next stun increased to 1.3 (was 1)
  • Shatterer deceleration reduced to 0

The Shatterer was released a bit below expectations. This change will allow it to fit it's role much better, taking full advantage of its stun mechanic.

Slingshot[edit | edit source]

  • Cost decreased to 40 (was 50)

The Slingshot's current power level felt health to us so we decided to make it easier to build and resupply.

Nod[edit | edit source]

Artillery[edit | edit source]

  • Cost increased to 110 (was 90)

Banshee[edit | edit source]

  • Damage decrease to 382 (was 392)

Fixes a breakpoint in level and training vs. Attack Bikes

Inferno[edit | edit source]

  • Health increased to 1715 (was 1570)

Raising Inferno's health to match its heavy bomber counterpart

Scorpion Tank[edit | edit source]

  • Damage increased to 646 (was 600)
  • Health decreased to 2197 (was 2400)

Fixed several breakpoint in level and training regarding variations of Predator Tank and Scorpion Tank
