The Slingshot is a rare GDI vehicle unit in Command & Conquer: Rivals.

Background[edit | edit source]

The Slingshot is a mobile anti-air weapons platform utilizing GDI hover technology. Advanced radar systems allow the Slingshot to track and engage airborne targets at extreme ranges, enabling effective and cost efficient air cover for GDI ground forces.

Abilities[edit | edit source]

Effective against aircraft, cannot target ground. Has extremely high Attack Speed and 2 Attack Range.

Game unit[edit | edit source]

The only long range anti-air unit, Slingshot can easily deal with light aircraft, especially drones. In numbers or with good support can even take down heavy aircraft. The long range allows it support other ground units in a fortress without a need to maneuver much and damage advancing aircraft before it can do significant damage to the Slingshot.

Slinghot is vulnerable to ground units.

Personality[edit | edit source]

Professional and formal. When idle, moves the guns around.
