The TOW Missile is an upgrade available to the Humvee.

Game effect

The TOW missile upgrade equips Humvees with a light missile system attached to their main machine gun, making them more effective against armored vehicles and allowing them to attack aircraft. It can be researched at the American War Factory, costing $1200 ($800 in Zero Hour).

As a weapon, TOW missiles provides extra firepower against ground targets and is surprisingly effective against infantry at a reasonable rate of fire. However, TOW missiles can be intercepted by point defense lasers, and can be jammed by USA Countermeasures or Chinese ECM Tanks. They are also not effective against fast aircraft.
