Is Natasha based on the famous Soviet Sniper Lady Death[]
Natasha's gender, appearance, role in the war and the quote "Angel of death" is probably a reference to Lyudmila Pavlichenko - a Soviet sniper in the Red Army during World War II, credited with 309 confirmed kills.
