The Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun demo was released on 21 December 1999, months after the full release.
Content
It had only two specially made GDI missions with generic objectives like destroying Nod bases or clearing cities of Nod forces.
Base construction was enabled in the second mission, with only low-tier structures and units available. Nod units were available only when capturing Hands of Nod or War Factories with an Engineer. The soundtrack was also cropped, with only three tracks included - Nod Crush, Pharotek and the main menu theme.
