The barracks was Yuri's infantry training facility during the second iteration of the Third World War. It had a fairly unique look, having the appearance of a Yuri clone's head, with its open mouth constituting the entrance.

Yuri's barracks trains the following infantry:
Tier 1[]
Basic infantry, can garrison buildings

Base support infantry, can capture and repair structures, and can deactivate Crazy Ivan's bombs

Anti-armor melee infantry, uncrushable, and is immune from mind control and Attack Dog bites
|
Cosmonaut (campaign only)
Lunar assault infantry, can engage both ground and flying targets

Tier 2[]
Long-range support infantry, instantly kills infantry with toxin darts, and is immune from toxin clouds
Requires Psychic Radar

Psychic infantry, can perform psychic blast, mind control enemy units, detect enemy Spies, and is immune from mind control itself

Tier 3[]
Psychic commando, can perform psychic blast, mind control enemy units and buildings, detect enemy Spies, and is immune from mind control itself
Requires Yuri Battle Lab, only one can be trained per player

Psi Commando (Yuri's Revenge only)
Elite psychic infantry, can mind control enemy units and is immune to mind control itself, and can plant C4 explosives on buildings
Available once a Yuri-controlled Spy infiltrates an enemy Yuri Battle Lab
