The Drone Platform was the deployed form of the Drone ship. It is the primary Scrin construction structure in Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath.

Background

After the thirty-nine drone ships crashed into every Red Zone on the planet, they soon landed near significant Tiberium deposits and began establishing bases. Similar to the construction yards used by GDI and Nod, the drone platform used nano-assemblers to construct structures.

When the Control Node was destroyed, all remaining drone platforms collapsed, having been cut off from the Tiberium radiation which sustained them.
