Since The Dragon's Destiny, the GLA has been defeated in Europe. China (Generals) is mopping up the last remaining enemy forces in Asia. But the USA has found GLA splinter cells in South America which are planning to attack the USA homeland.

For the first two of the missions, China is mopping up the last GLA presence in Asia when they learn of the attacks on America by the GLA, they then invade the weakened superpower as of orders from the Chinese Commander.

For its two missions after China wins, the American military is in Brazil trying to push the GLA offensive back. After destroying the main base, the Americans learn about the GLA invasion of the Allied faction and rush home for its defense with homeland security.
As of capturing a key city, the Chinese forces invade the weak superpower and the American Commander repels both factions away.

For the two missions at last, the GLA must attack the invading Chinese base and capture a key naval base from invading the USA as a weak superpower. The GLA Commander will use his small Navy (Generals) to invade the USA and defeat them.
It is unknown how the war will end, with the Global Liberation Army disabled and the Sino-American commanders sign a peace treaty to end the GLA war.
