The mutant sniper was a Forgotten infantry unit appearing seen during the Second Tiberium War.

The mutant sniper carries a powerful sniper rifle. She can kill nearly every soldier with one hit, even cyborgs.
She has the same sprite, statistics and voice lines as Umagon.
