Lt. Sandra Telfair, part of GDI InOps, was an aide to Lt. General Jack Granger prior to and during the Third Tiberium War, and had a background in military intelligence.[1] She provided briefings and assistance between missions to the unnamed GDI commander.
Behind the scenes
Telfair is portrayed by Canadian actress Grace Park, most notable for her roles as Cylon Model Number Eight in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica, and as Homeland Security Agent Elizabeth "Liz" Carver in the CBC's counter-terrorism drama The Border. She is also better known now by her part in the modern version of Hawaii 5-O as Kono Kalkawa.
