Tiberium field suits was an upgrade available exclusively to ZOCOM in Kane's Wrath.
Background
Since ZOCOM forces usually operate in areas heavily infested by Tiberium, even their basic infantry units need to be protected against Tiberium exposure. The Tiberium field suits upgrade equips most ZOCOM infantry with full-body Tiberium resistant suits, as well as weapons more resistant to the hostile environment.
Game effect
Tiberium field suits gives ZOCOM's rifleman squads, missile squads, and grenadier squads the same damage resistance improvement as the composite armor upgrade, in addition to making them immune to Tiberium exposure.

Despite the description for the upgrade, affected infantry do not become more resistant to Tiberium-based attacks, such as Tiberium troopers' liquid Tiberium spray.
